An excellent lagman, but the bread with it was more like crackers, albeit warmed up. If you are heating it up, do it in the microwave, with a drop of water, in cellophane. Better yet, come up with another use for such crackers. And in general, it is customary to return the change, or at least clarify how much of it you can keep for yourself as a tip, because this is a voluntary matter.
