I've been going to this particular Carvel for about 8 years now. The staff is consistent with greeting me and my family any time we stop in. As someone who's allergic to milk most places tell me they don't have anything for me. The manager Dennis always has more then a few excited non dairy options. Always lots of cakes on display for parties as well.
It's a really great ice cream shop! The best in the neighborhood!!!
