Ordered a cake well in advance, paid in full and called the morning prior 5 hours before I came to pick it up to ensure it’ll be ready for my noon pickup. They informed me they didn’t have the colors for the icing. I was like okay that’s understandable it happens. When I get here, the cake isn’t even finished.
