Went for happy hour (which is only in the inside, mind you) had a couple really nice Negronis (made to order not batch) meatballs (beef) and calamari (fried), which was also on the happy hour menu and that was really nice too. Staff was genial as well.

Probably the worse service ever. I didn't get water until 10 minutes in. Also I didn't have a server. The food isn't good. The bartender openly talks about how much she likes or dislike the costumers which is based on the tip. I think this place has potential and maybe I was here for a bad night but I would not recommend this spot. There is another Italian spot up the street or I would try Mayfield's which is more American.

Impeccable and personable service. I felt well-taken care of while I was here! The food was great too.

Prices that won't break the bank, and a nice atmosphere to get you out of the house.
Otherwise, paired with food that won't break any records.
Had the lasagna and the penne alla vodka - the penne alla vodka was particularly bland and worse that a bottled sauce (in my opinion), but the lasagna had some hearty notes to it.

Makayla was truly fantastic. The food was great, but honestly? Makayla made the brunch fantastic. I could not say more about how dope she is. I am visiting family here, and I just thought dang? This woman makes it feel like I’m back in Michigan. Go here and request her.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Brooklyn. Great food and service. Spacious backyard. Desserts are also *chef’s kiss*
I’ve also had brunch here and it’s also great. 💯recommend.

A Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish
I had high hopes going into this meal, but unfortunately, nearly every dish fell short.
The chicken parmigiana was a major letdown—pounded too thin and then overcooked to the point of dryness. What should have been crispy and juicy was leathery and flavorless.
The amb ragu with pappardelle was equally disappointing. The pasta was overcooked and clumped together in a goopy mess. The ragu itself was bland and had a gummy texture, likely from an excessive use of thickeners (xanthan gum, perhaps?), which overwhelmed the sauce and left an unpleasant mouthfeel.
The bread served at the table was clearly not fresh. The interior was dry and crumbly, and the crust lacked any real crunch or character. Even the garlic bread—usually a highlight for any garlic lover like myself—was disgusting with this thick layer of gummy garlic paste and little else to redeem it.
Overall, this meal felt like a collection of missed opportunities and poor execution. With some attention to texture, flavor, and ingredient quality, this place could improve—but as it stands, I won’t be returning.
