I adore this place. BUT pleeeease update your hours on google. I don’t know if you have winter hours right now but I have been duped 4 times already with google saying you are open only to make the trip over and realize you are actually closed!

I hate that I have to write this bad review because this was one of my favorite spots to visit whenever I'm in the Williamsburg area. I came here on Thurs, Dec 18th around 7:30pm to sit down and order my usual taco mix. When the plate came out, there was something small crawling and upon further inspection, I realized it was a baby roach. Luckily, I saw it before I even took a bite and sent the food back and alerted the server. The lady behind the bar came out and was very apologetic. I don't know if she knew they had a roach problem but definitely the kitchen staff should know. This isn't something that isn't already noticeable for the back of house crew. I will never revisit this place.

This dish was such fire my phone got sweaty when I snapped this pic.
Supreme Clásico chile relleno. As a proud Mexican, being away from home, this is consistently the only place that hits a spot.

Nothin' bad to say about it! Atmosphere is cool, fun, etc. Staff is super outgoing and friendly, the food fairly priced. I had a mushroom quesadilla that was perfect, and the the pita'ish chips with guac at the table is a nice change from the usual chips and salsa everywhere else.

I have been trying to find a Mexican food that actually taste like Mexican food and I found it so happy for it

Great food, equally as good vibes and the drinks are lethal in a good way. One of the few old school/ community establishments still alive in this ever changing neighborhood.

Every single thing was amazing, from the aguachile to the mole enchiladas and tacos. Order the grandma’s refried beans. Our server was attentive and friendly. We were going to wait in the horribly long line for pizza across the street, but this was a much more chill experience!

Waste of time and money. Beware of any spot that’s out of multiple things listed on the menu, and the margs tasted soapy. Keep on walking.

Don’t even bother. 5:00pm on a Friday and the place is empty yet the waitress acted like it was a personal favor for us to be seated. Out of core menu items like queso and prosecco so we ended up with mediocre margaritas and guacamole. Skip this spot and save your money for a business that makes the effort.

Deeply chaotic service. We were asked to wait in their attached speakeasy and after bringing our drinks to the table, asked suspiciously where we got them. Ordered 6 tacos. Served 3 in a full hour with no salsas to speak of. Check brought with half our meal outstanding. A shame because the food we did eat was good. Insult to injury, I was asked to tip (20/22/25%) after no word of apology from our deeply clueless waitress. Will not be returning.
