We just ate some spectacular burritos and some incredible empanadas. Attention of ten. Of course, it is recommended not to have too much breakfast because the burritos are powerful! If I lived here, César's FoodTruck would be on the must-have list.
Every visit, ahhhh-mazing! Great taste, fresh food with various selections. Fast service, not too expensive.
Parking: Many double park, or park at a hydrant close by to jump out to place/pick up orders. I personally do not advocate for any of the above, as the ticketing officers are around and on the prowl lol.

I used to be a 5 star rating. I really loved this places empanadas particularly the chicken ones and the shrimp ones. Esp the shrimp. And the chicken is still great! But the shrimp….they are cutting down the filling to an egregious degree I think. Now they’ve always had an issue with skimping on those. And yknow it was good enough that I’d still get it. Because little air at the edges doesn’t override an incredible flavor. But last time? It was literally half empty. Just...
