I always order from this place via ubereats but to tonight will be last night ordering from this place. I ordered the chicken over rice like I always do. When my order came, I noticed that not only was the salad portion missing but the meat looked redder than usual. After eating a few scoops, and maneuvering the sauce around, I noticed that the chicken was not cooked all the way. It was raw!!! In NYC, there are very high Halal street meat standards. Sammy's is pretty good, but not great. Portion size is ok, but they skimp on rice and don't give you any of the veggies you usually get. Good lamb and chicken combo for $9 though.

Great food pretty good price. Guy working there is always chill usually get the lamb over rice with green hot and white sauce and tastes great. Whenever I've had the chicken it was pretty mid but lamb is best in nyc. Food is usually ready within 30 second of ordering too. Gyros are ok but lamb over rice is best
