Great food and good vibes. Bri the bartender was fun and served me incredible mocktails as well as Tori, another server who was friendly, fun, and very nice. The food was tasty with good size portions. Overall I enjoyed my time here and would come again next time I’m in NYC. Defo would recommend Charms. Food and size portions are good and the staff are super friendly.

The staff is friendly and attentive, the vibes are excellent, and the drinks were fabulous. The food is horrendous and wildly overpriced. The steak was full of so much gristle that more than half of it was inedible despite being $18 (PLUS the cost of my meal). The grits were unseasoned and unsalted. The oxtail was mostly pieces of fat in a sauce that tasted like browning sauce with not much else. We ate what was edible because we were starving but were so upset about the pricing. Come here for drinks with friends but stay FAR away from the food.
