I’m have been to multiple Chic-Fil-A’s and this one is the worst in terms of food quality and customer service, ordered multiple items and in order to get another bag because the one I was given was too full, I was to get on another line and pay 10 cents…. Attitude from each employee, ordered extra grilled nuggets on my salad and there was barely any chicken in there….. This franchisee need to be brought up to code by corporate or something

I had a great experience at the Chick-fil-A inside Barclays Center. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and kept everything moving even though it was busy. I got my food quickly, and everything was fresh.

Elijah and Carlos really stood out. They were both hilarious and made the whole experience more fun. Carlos even went above and beyond and gave me a free brownie because he felt I had waited a little longer than expected, which I really appreciated. That kind...
