Ordered food here yesterday. All I have to say is who ever shook the salt like they were maracas is a damn fool. And should be picked up for attempted murder. Both bowls tasted like a high blood pressure diagnosis. Disgusting. Close this location down, or take the salt shaker from the cashier who is also cooking!

This place is a mess. It’s overrun with loitering teens and the service was slow and impolite. None of that would’ve mattered if the food had actually been good, but the steak was legit cold and the rice was lukewarm at best. The bowl was inedible and I wasted $17 to worry about food poisoning afterwards. Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had.

I am TIRED of the JEWISH HATE IN BROOKLYN Some worker there named [Casi/ Kazi or Kaziel] called me a racist slur after making a complaint about MY FOOD! Chipotle 187 & Park will be hearing from my LAWYERS IMMEDIATELY. I Have been coming to this chipotle for quite some time now. This location is about to have a bad reputation. Word of advice please becareful when talking to people you never know how powerful they are.

Wow this place is a dump. Ordered online for a 6:50 pickup. Arrived at 7:00, didn't get my food until 7:22. My burrito bowl barely had any beans or meat and was missing the lettuce.All the tables were covered in food scraps, the trash was overflowing, and the food prep area was a mess. Disgusting.Tried reaching out to customer service, but their automated chatbot refused to give me a refund. More time wasted on a garbage meal.

Really bad attitude / atmosphere here on a Wednesday evening at 5:45. The entire staff seems really angry and miserable. I just came in for a single item sat down and quickly ate and left. They seem so annoyed and unhappy and unfriendly…they must be really struggling to staff this location with all the kids there or whatever it is because these young guys and girls they have here are miserable today! Maybe pay them better or get some staff that are aware that they’re serving people food in the service industry. You don’t need to have a smile, just basic friendliness, or politeness helps.

I was craving a burrito and my blood sugar was dropping quickly so seeing a Chipotle was like an oasis!They weren't prepared at opening 10:45am on a Sunday.....they only had 2 customers - me being the second.We had to wait for someone to come up front. Said person didn't want to be at work...he sauntered out while on the phone - didn't bother to acknowledge the person ahead of me and then had to go into the back to get service gloves in order to do his jobOverall - corporate needs to monitor that location - the staff doesn't look happy imo

Wish I read the reviews before I placed my order for pick up at this location. I got there 5 minutes after the app said my order was ready for pickup and had to wait an additional 20 minutes before I receive my food. On top of having to wait additional time which cut into my lunch break, when I went to eat my order was wrong. Literally the worst chipotle experience I’ve had and I eat at different chipotle locations regularly.

Unfortunately I choose this place to eat for my break and only had 5 minutes left to eat which was fine since chipotle is normally quick.Although that one dude with dark skin and curly hair like 6ft how embarrassing for him to have a job there and give disgusting attitude when I needed to pay and he took another customer instead. Retail is challenging but there are so many job options in the area just leave. Too bad the whole staff is this way they would rather be paid to do nothing than work, I saw them standing together talking & the manager couldn’t care less. I don’t want a smile for everything just basic respect! Gosh I couldn’t even ask for a tortilla on the side.If I had more time I would have picked another spot in the area one block up. Cooperate and their lazy workers like this location ruin a good spot.JUST FIND ANOTHER JOB IF YOU HATE IT THAT MUCH TO NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO EAT OR PAY QUICKLY. God bless.

Incompetent and Rude EmployeesI go there for just because it is close by. They always seem like making the food there and behind the schedule and they make you wait . After 15 min or wait in line, when finally it is my turn, employee goes straight to the person behind me and asks for order . Kidding me? Are you blind?when I tell it is my turn , he reacts like I overreacted but I was not . If you are ignoring my physical presence, you will at least hear my voice. This place needs new management from top to down immediately!
