I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to your Brooklyn Heights location. The cleanliness and food presentation were absolutely unacceptable. Garbage was scattered across tables, and the food looked messy and unappetizing. It was clear that the staff had no concern for the store’s appearance or the quality of what was being served.
As a loyal customer, I expect better standards from Chipotle. This location does not reflect the quality and care that the brand should uphold. Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I sincerely hope that immediate improvements are made.

I order a bowl and I got food poisoning. The server was very rude and the beans were still hard and they had no corn left. Later after I ate the food I got very sick and was throwing up with abdominal pain. I’m never eating from here again!

Customers in store made aware, "we have no more rice at this time, we ran out, give us 5 mins. " 5 mins turned into 20 minutes. Instead of the bowl, wrap was ordered with beef brisket. If no availability of rice, why should a customer have to pay the same price $17.04 w/o the rice?

Guy ripped my boritio before he even heated it up then proceeded to fill it with everything I wanted tried to wrap it and saw it breaking. Instead of getting a new tortilla and trying to re wrap it he used the tin foil to coil it up leaving a disgusting mess underneath. Then I asked for vinegrette sauce and he said no. This place is terrible especially the man with the beard that runs the desk.

I go there often .This evening was very disappointing. Bought burrito rice is hard mixed with soft rice.Over lime with the tomatoes. I know it difficult to render good quality everyday. Please try Quality verses quantity Happy customers.
