Court st. Brooklyn location and maiden Ln. In manhattan is the best to me when it comes to clean store, employees are pleasant and the food is delicious. I ordered a bowl and burrito and it was full of everything they never disappoint. Also the music and vibes are calm/ relaxing.

Been to a lot of chipotles, but probably one of the worst. The food was good itself butttt the workers kept shouting from stress, one was using his apron to wipe his face from sweat over and over, and the server kept pulling up her pants with the same gloves to grab the food with too! Absolutely 0 initiation from their part either. Just dirty and nasty felt like a health code violation. Food was EVERYWHERE. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days.

I’ve been going here for years. This place stays dirty, and the attitudes are neutral at best, but most of the time, they’re miserable and act like the money spent here doesn’t anything to do with how they’re paid. I just get my food and go.
Now, it’s been more than a few times with ordering where my items are missing or don’t come at all. Now, I’m getting calls about the timing of my order is the reasoning behind my order getting done, as if food isn’t to be available during operating hours.
Food prep and poor time management is the reason I don’t have my order, not sending it well in advance before closing.
Now I have to fight for a refund because neither the store or customer service can process it. This store was barely tolerable and now they don’t make food during operating hours. It’s a literal waste of time and money. Clean house and rehire again, please.

All workers gave us nasty attitudes. The atmosphere was incredibly tense and I felt not only uncomfortable, but unsafe. They made ordering my bowl way more difficult than it needed to be and all i did was speak to them with utter respect. Please don’t come here unless it’s you’re last option.

Have previously held this location in high regard but the Sunday crew was terrible. Unfriendly and unhelpful. The girl insisted on doing me and my friends bowl together instead of one at a time and ended up mixing them up and both our orders being wrong. Didn’t offer to remake them.
Also they were out of guac and a few other things.
This is the most disgusting chipotle I have ever been to. I am literally ashamed to say that this is my local chipotle. The staff is awfully rude and never gets my order right. They make you wait 30+ mins past the scheduled order pick-up time to receive your food and then they have the audacity to be rude to people asking if their order is ready. They literally lie to the customers and say they are out of things like chips and then go to the back and get chips for the pick-up orders… Something is seriously wrong with whoever is managing this establishment and is hiring these insanely incompetent people to work in it. Also - extremely dirty, like so much so that you can even sit down. There is not a soul sitting in there eating and yet the tables AND chairs are covered in food as well as the counter they serve people on.. no wonder I usually get meat in my vegetarian orders.

Online orders are consistently late. Staff is rude when you show up to ask if your order is ready (it should be, it is already late). This has happened to me multiple times, months apart.
They are understaffed and/or inadequately trained. Something is structurally wrong with this company, and especially with this location.
