My new favorite appetizing: The best bagels I've ever eaten: perfect crust around tasty middles with just the right amount of chew. Seeded varieties are throughly coated, top and bottom. Bialys are tender with flavorful onion filling. There is a pretzel bagel. A PRETZEL BAGEL. And chili crisp cream cheese! And wait, there's more: That king smoked salmon?
