This is a solid chipotle spot. You're in and out, the food is good, the customer service is good and the portions are great. If you like chipotle you'll like this spot. One thing to keep in mind is service doesn't work inside. So if you want to redeem a coupon or get points make sure you have redeemed it before you go inside.

Rude staff that dont follow instructions. I got ripped off with my double meat portions. This always happens when the African dark looking girl that wears braces is behind the counter. She is rude, dismissive, and slow. This has happened numerous times with the same girl. They need to fire this girl or move her over to cleaning. I don't understand how hard it is to look at an order and follow instructions. If you guys see her, run and go to a different location unless you want to get ripped off.

I ordered 5 bowls 30 minutes in advance and sent my employee to pick up with the confirmation number. When my employee there and told by them said that they don't have the order in computer system. My guy waited there for 20 minutes and they are not even apology for their mistake and they showed bad attituded to my employee. They charged $3.81 for vinaigrette sauces on the side. When we got the orders, all bowls messed up the top things and without name on the top. We needed to open every blow to check. Some of the bowl are very spicy even thought we didn't order chili salsa. It is unacceptable.

The Chipotle in Williamsburg was absolutely fantastic! The food was on point, and the atmosphere was welcoming. From the burritos to the bowls, the flavors were off the charts. Plus, the customizable options meant you could make it just how you liked it. It's a must-visit spot if you're in Williamsburg, and I can't recommend it enough!

I Uber eats a salad bowl and they forgot the vinaigrette. It seems like all Chipotle locations forget to add it in because this happens almost every time. I order the bowl to get the vinaigrette ?Update: went to the contact us link left by Chipotle Admin below, tried to report experience but was only redirected back to contacting Ubereats ?

This is the first time I am confused by ratings? I came here precisely to give a good one after consistent good service. I usually agree with the hive mind here but apparently my experience is the exception? Some days I eat here twice. Service is so seamless. Stuff is fresh, service is good. In fact, the people working here seem to like their jobs, which is refreshing in this day and age. When I make Chipotle-like meals at home it takes me 40 minutes and costs me even more, with how much ingredients costs. I hope this Chipotle stays the same. Sorry that other people have bad experiences though
