From Minnesota to try this.... Great concept at Whole Food... Fresh and healthy... Sauces and also pickel were good with Kimbap...
Being Korean, I'm pretty particular about kimbap. Very few grocery stores offer it, and it's usually crap with no meat. Kimbap lab has legit kimbap, and the idea of sauces is pretty mind blowing!
Enjoyed every bite and combination of sauces and pickles! Fresh and healthy ingredients a plus!
