I've been going to because I have celiac disease and they are 100% gluten-free but Unfortunately, I recently tested their food with my Nima sensor, and it found gluten, which made me really sick and almost sent me to the hospital. It's super important for places that serve gluten-free food to make sure it's actually safe for people with celiac disease. Do better the owner insured me no gluten very disappointed

My favorite Kimbab in NYC!

At first I thought the price was steep for kimbap but they’re huge with fresh ingredients. Perfect for days when I want something filling but not greasy. Not sure if they discontinued it but janchi noodle soup was also really good.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for making everything gluten free when you didn’t have to! It is absolutely delicious and as someone with Celiac, I’m so happy I got to try this style of Korean food safely. ?

A blessing to us gluten free pals. This location is INSIDE WHOLE FOODS - I looked around for a good 5 minutes before I figured it out. It's not the most authentic feeling since it's in a Whole Foods but that tends to happen when catering to specific allergies (grateful for that though). Bottom Line -- the meal made me happy!!! And the sauces and kimchi were great for spicing up the simple onigiri I bought.

I cannot believe there is Kimbap and korean traditional feast noodle at Williamsburg.I can't believe I'm eating banquet noodles at Whole Foods in the US haha. I'm just happy to be able to eat them.

#CeliacReviews: Highly recommend! I was worried after seeing concerns on Find Me Gluten Free app because Kimbap Lab’s space is located next to a pizza stand. I asked the (very kind) worker if they ever share prep space, and he said never. There is a fridge with to-go items between the two stalls and I did see workers prepping KL food separately with good distance from the pizza prep space.I tried both the bulgogi and tofu kimbap and didn’t have any reaction. What’s more, they were both out of this world delicious! I love how KL pairs the kimbap with a particular dipping sauce and banchan (ex. pickled veggies).Note: This is located in a Whole Foods and seating is not guaranteed.

Wonderful staff and super fresh and delicious food! So good for a quick lunch in the area. Grab and go section or you can wait to make your own. Definitely a bit more on the expensive side for kimbap but that’s New York for ya right? Highly recommend for a bite to go in the area.

Believe me. The worst bibimbop in my life. Lack of veggies and flavor. Gochujang sauce is way sweet and gave me so little. And no egg on the bibimbop? Damn i will never ever come back

I am obsessed with this very yummy food and order at least 2 times a week. I live for the hot janchi noodles and the chicken wings. Due to recent health issues, I get mine just with salt and pepper now. But I used to like the spicy ones.Dietary restrictions: Everything is blessedly gluten-free.
