There dead bugs in the horchata and the waitress completely refused to take the complaint seriously, kept denying it from the beginning before seeing the drink, and the just threw it into the sink pretending to look for bugs while saying how I was wrong. I was so put off I didn’t take a picture but me and my friend were appalled. We almost left but I ate the cemita they brought because I was starving after not eating all day. If the lady had taken it seriously I would at least consider not writing a bad review but you can’t rudely dismiss your customers as liars or idiots without even looking at their complaint.

Definitely a must go to place, been coming here for ever since they opened. Have not stopped getting food from here. Love the atmosphere here, the decorations, and they always make you feel at home.
Authentic comida poblana, the have good dishes. I wish the place gets renovated or cleaner, the prices do not satisfy the conditions of the restaurant but the food is great and the lady is very kind and gently.

The food was very delicious I didn't have much experience in Mexican gastronomy but 100% recommended The service was 90%, they brought me the food and I still didn't even have the cutlery. First time purchasing anything from this place. I was craving a burger but didn't want the typical fast food ones. This neighborhood doesn't have good burger places. I was surprised to see a burger deluxe posted on their window menu. The cheeseburger here was thick, huge, and juicy. The fries were thick and soft yet slightly crunchy. Nice Mexican atmosphere. The lady at the counter was pleasant. I will be coming back to try other things. Good to have them in the neighborhood.

The food was great. The delivery guy was polite & well mannered. Can't say the same for the lady who took my order over the phone. She was rude & couldn't get my information correctly & then had the nerves to give me attitude. I would've given them 5 stars, but the rude lady over the phone took that one star away.
