Two Brothers is a Caribbean restaurant known for its good food and great people. It offers the best cornmeal porridge in NYC, a favorite for many, including an autistic child. Other menu highlights include wings, beef patties, oxtail on peas and rice with plantains, and fish with vegetables and fried plantains. The meat is tender and rich, the rice helps balance flavors, and the vegetables are delicious and flavorful. Everything is perfectly prepared, demonstrating quality. Workers are delightful and provide wonderful service and support. There is a bit of a wait at lunch time and no obvious menu, but that adds to the five star hole in the wall charm.
