Terrible! No one uses gloves! Workers gets upset and refuses to place gloves on when you asked them. The Cinnabons are barely baked everything is gooey. They should shut does just as quickly as they opened.

This location food is never fresh, they sell old rolls & staff does not wear gloves. Plz don’t waste ur time or $. There’s hardly any business, due to this. Hopefully they hire different staff or shut down.

Had my very first Cinnabon at this location. Was delicious. The guy behind the counter was very accommodating to our choices (let us pick which one we wanted) and in a way it felt like he knew which ones were the best.
Another review saying it was uncooked in the middle? Mine was cooked fully through but lowkey I wish I had their one! Love a slightly undercooked centre with my desserts

The location is new at the time of this review. Feels like a soft open, so things should improve. I was pleased with the service and the staff is making an effort to learn the in and outs of serving the public. My introduction to this location began with having a delivery issue with Postmates. This location is working out an issue with delivery couriers being assigned to them. Postmates reports that this location’s staff will deliver the orders but this is not true. I ended up having to pick up my own order but the staff and manager were nice enough, which calmed the situation. The shop is clean and I like to have this option for desserts in the area.
