I eat in this spot a lot since I work nearby. I got to say the service is always good and they keep the spot clean at all times. Rates are affordable and they serve generous portions.
We're new to the area and was looking for a Chinese restaurant that served chow fun. I made an excellent choice with NPK. Great flavor, large portions on both the chow fun and the spareribs and chicken wing plate with was served on a bed of bbq pork fried rice. I know good Chinese food when I taste it. I'm Chinese!! We'll be ordering from NPK again soon.

The food is good for greasy Chinese. Nothing tasted weird. Our dumplings were not too doughy and they had enough filling. Orange chicken was good. Steamed broccoli and rice was good. Egg drop soup was a bit too simple/basic, but still tasty. Maybe more egg would be good? Green onions or something? Beef chow fun was good, and huge. Portions are generous.
