AMAZING donuts and even better service, the kind gentleman that served us gave my friend and I a donut to try. the smell, taste, and texture are to die for. And that’s huge coming from a picky pregnant lady. Would definitely recommend it.

I love the donuts here; they're not as sweet as Dunwell, which is too sweet for me. The flavors are creative and I appreciate that they offer smaller sizes.
However, I had a lemon pistachio cinnamon roll special today that definitely doesn't taste vegan. I'm certain I can taste a dairy product, despite the insistence of the person at the counter that it's vegan. I wish they'd just be fully vegan so I don't have to worry. 😔
Also, they sell out early on weekends. This always happens, so I don't understand why they don't just plan ahead and make enough donuts to last their full hours.

This is my second time and I have to say the donuts and poundcake is amazing but also the customer service is top notch. Steven is very personable he even remembered me from the week before and pointed out they had more of donut I was interested in the following week. It’s so refreshing to experience such amazing customer service.
Cloudy Donut in Brooklyn is a gem! The donuts were out of this world, but the male worker made the experience even better. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect flavors. Can’t wait to return, plus there is seating outside!

Way overpriced and the lady who runs it is so rude and nasty.
I had the best experience here! The cashier was super friendly and knowledgeable. The donuts were delicious, and the pistachio cinnamon roll was amazing!! I'm from Baltimore and my friend recommended I go and it was the best decision ever!
