The saucier deserves a raise because start to finish the sauces were the stars of the meal. From the coconut milk pepper sauce on the halibut to the mesquite creme anglaise with the chocolate tart.
My first visit in 2023 was the best meal I had ever had. My expectations were through the roof and they didn’t disappoint. Even with a new Chef, it was a fantastic dinning experience and I loved the new spin on each dish. I highly recommend and will be back on my next trip to NYC.
