All staffs have a very bad attitude. They always don't listen carefully and treat customers fully politely. I don't know what kind of customer service provided. Providing a good service can improve the reputation and support of your company not chasing customers. Not recommended to visit, felt unhappy and vary bad experience of they poor service provided.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this bakery. I received a damaged dollar bill while shopping in the store and the store clerk made no mention of the issue at all. However, when I tried to use the dollar at the same store the next day, it was rejected.I'm confused and unhappy about this because they seemed to have no problem while shopping but then changed their tune the next day. This inconsistent treatment makes me question the integrity of the store. (In fact, I have shopped in this bakery several times, and I discovered that they gave the wrong change a few times. Looking at it now, I am more likely to think that their hands and feet are not clean.)My experience at this store left me quite disappointed. I received a damaged one-dollar bill during my purchase, and the staff failed to mention its condition at the time. However, when I attempted to use the same dollar bill at the same store the next day, it was refused.I find this situation confusing and frustrating because there seemed to be no issue during the initial transaction, but their attitude changed the following day. This inconsistent treatment raises doubts about the store's integrity.Actually, I've made purchases at this bakery several times, and on a few occasions, I noticed discrepancies in the change they gave me. Now, it seems more likely to me that there might be some dishonest practices going on.

The service was very very bad. The lady was mad and talking with her co-worker on there own language while yelling at the customer -just because she wants different bread. This is Very embarrassing… this kind of scenario saddens me. This kind of service in this shop is very poor. I hope the owner will educate some of the workers when it comes to RIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very disappointing.

My mother bought me a birthday cake, but when I brought it back and cut it, the fruit inside became moldy.

Their attitude is really bad and prices are not same. I bought tea in 1 day difference with 2 different price. With card they charged 1.30 in one day and 1.51 in another day, I asked for a fork to throw out the lemon and they charged for that fork 20 C and attitude was ridiculous.

When I ask them why the prices are different, they just say loudly to each other that this is the price, Talk like it's my fault. They don’t accept pennies and won’t give you quarters for change. I will not recommend this place to anyone. And. I want to know, are pennies not money???? Do quarters have a special use

Did not try the buns, but buying the bubble tea almost every day, it's really good, has the actual tea taste, milk and tapioca bubbles. The place seems old but clean and cared. They also have a very concentrated herbal tea.

I let the picture speaks for itself, I took out the top molded strawberry and tried a bit, f**klNg rotten, my Asian blood inside of me just hoping it would be ok. I when back the next day, hoping to exchange a fresh piece, the ladies told me they still selling the same pieces of cake, told me to take something else(I took the hotdog bun exchange).
