The ladies in the bakery is very nice. I once got some bread for a dollar short, they said never mind, and let me grab the bread. I put back a few bucks the next time I went there. They also gave me some discount sometimes. I got two bags of bread and cake for $15. They don't take card, so get some cash from bank before you go. The food is alright, you can't beat the price.
So yummy! Loved my green tea bubble tea, theirs is lightly sweetened which is nice compared to some other places. Also tried the Hotdog bun, sponge cake, sesame cookies, almond cookie, and egg tart (both original and Portuguese). I prefer a firmer custard and loved the Portuguese egg tart! Sesame cookies are already bagged and they are SO good. Also the prices here are so inexpensive, you can get yourself a lot of treats for family/friends for only a few dollars.

Did not try the buns, but buying the bubble tea almost every day, it's really good, has the actual tea taste, milk and tapioca bubbles. The place seems old but clean and cared. They also have a very concentrated herbal tea.
