Do Not Eat Here Unless You WIsh to Be Ripped Off! The waitress refused to provide me with a menu because she gave them out to a nearby table party of 12. I’ve eaten at this restaurant several times but not recently. I anticipated price increase but my bill was $18+ for 2 eggs, grits, toast, turkey bacon and 2 coffees. She charges $2.50 for extra and $5 for turkey bacon. The base price for the first three items is $7.95. Without access to a menu and I know local diners prices in the area such as Mikes Coffee Shop. live in the neighborhood. Beware!

The food was horrible, I order an egg white omelet with mushrooms and onions, with homefries well done, the service was horrible, not even a good morning from my server and he stood at a distance taking my order, seemed like they were understaffed because he was also the chef, however there was a worker that came in and had his meal well prepared and also was able to help him self with espresso, and I said to myself at least someone is enjoying their breakfast and his plate look like he ordered his meal from a real diner, this place is not a diner, do not waste your money here

Food was ridiculously overpriced for this place. Almost $25 for two eggs, potatoes and canned salmon. No wonder its always empty in there. This place rarely has more than one costumer inside.

They totally just scammed us and overcharged $5+ and claimed it was just tax.. came and got fries and hot chocolate (hot chocolate was just standard store bought stuff) and the fries were really greasy and tasted like old oil. Bathroom was gross. Would not go

Last night me and 2 friends ordered a salad, tea and hot cocoa. The waiter charged my card $728 and acted shocked when the machine screamed fraud alert. He claimed he had made this "mistake" once before..... I then gave him cash and he didn't give me change until I requested it so I could tip him. My friend's salad made her sick today and now I am reading from some of these reviews and on google that this restaurant does this kind of scamming with prices. We are watching you Country Kitchen.....

Super lowkey vibe. Great if you’re looking for a place to sit down without too much crowding.

I've ordered here for take out 3 different times . The 1st 2 times, had Fish & Grits after hearing my co-worker's review " That food was the bomb". She was right! I then decided to try the Salmon & Grits because it has to be amazing.... well not so much. I was so disappointed that it was canned salmon. For almost $30.... you know how many cans of Salmon I could have bought.

Eggs, toast and turkey sausage. You can't go wrong with basic breakfast. Service was quick and polite. No pork products are served.

I'll do in the middle for this review. I came here at 2AM glad to find a place that was open. The place is, well, a diner. Place is clean, if a bit smallish. Bathrooms on the other hand are not. I had pancakes, coffee and sausage. Coffee is diner standard, not a reason to come here. Pancakes were fluffy and wonderful. Sausage a bit over cooked. I think I was overcharged, as other people have said, by a few dollars. But a total was given, not a bill. Not enough to fight over. Good place at 2AM, OK place during the day.

Decent diner with pretty standard options. The food was fairly good, I got pancakes with eggs on the side and my husband got a breakfast sandwich. The pancakes were huge and fluffy and I was surprised to get three of them. My husband loved his breakfast sandwich, and some of my pancakes. The coffee was very fresh and the cook was very nice. A pretty simple diner, but a good experience and decent value for the money.
