Country House Diner is a welcoming place with kind servers. The coffee is fantastic, and the food is delicious. They serve dishes like 2 eggs over medium with bacon, toast, and homefries, as well as a spinach and feta omelette. Some highlights include the Fish & Grits, which was described as "the bomb" by a reviewer. The Salmon & Grits, however, was a letdown due to the canned salmon. The diner itself is clean, albeit small, and the pancakes are fluffy and delightful. Pricing may be a bit off, but overall, it's a good spot for a late-night meal or a daytime visit.
