Food was great, drinks were just as good. Tiny place with a great vibe. Workers were hustling and very attentive. We will definitely be going again.

Horrible experience here. I placed an order online through their website and as soon as the payment went through I saw it came out to $17 for 2 tacos with an automatic tip so I immediately called to cancel the order since that’s crazy expensive. They wouldn’t refund me and there was no customer service number to call to cancel it myself. I went to the restaurant for help and they told me I would have to call customer support myself even though there was no number and they didn’t give me one. I decided to just keep the order since they couldn’t refund me and they made me sign and date my receipt like I was trying to scam them even though they were the ones that were going to keep the money from my cancelled order. They were already being unhelpful but treating me like a scammer was just rude as well.

Came to eat at this place for the first time because I saw it on TikTok. I went with my mom and husband we order an Asada Fries as appetizer and to eat we ordered an Ahogada Sandwich, Birria Consomé, Tacos which the tacos were not all that. Also ordered a Carne Asada bowl (do not recommend) The service is horrible doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I will definitely will not be returning. It’s overpriced and can definitely find better flavored food. Don’t bother going to eat here.

I’m wondering if the owner sold this establishment? I went to their original location before they moved. It was 5/5 was much spacious too, loved the outdoor patio they had. Went by today the food was alright definitely disappointed. I ordered a shrimp burrito, I thought they forgot the shrimp since all I could taste was the beans. My friend orders the bowl and same thing barely any meat just a bunch of rice and beans. If the original owner did sell this place well it’s a shame it had so much potential. The torta aguada also just doesn’t taste the same, it’s a downgrade :((

As a Mexican from Guadalajara, I can say the torta ahogada is nothing like the authentic one. The beans, bread and salsa were not what I expected. Flavor was ok, they serve too little salsa for what a torta ahogada needs (and should have) so I had to order more of that salsa which is $2 extra. I didn't like it, I did not finish it so I had to order a steak taco which was good but too small for the price ($5). The virgin micheladas was delicious.

Please don’t waste your time coming here. I ordered a $15 dollar passion fruit margarita and it came in a basic cup, and it literally tasted like juice and chemicals. Not an ounce of liquor. I ordered queso and chips and the tortillas were stale. Waiter did not bother to greet or seat me, he was more worried about cleaning tables and seemed miserable. Horrible waste of money
Great food and drinks, lovely people working there

Came to eat while I waited for doors to open for a concert and I have to agree the food is over priced. I ordered an ahogado sandwich literally just bread in sauce the server was nice but the food is definitely not worth the price after eating that large bread. The drinks are good though but food isn’t worth it.

I had been an enormous fan of the previous incarnation of this place when it was over on Washington. It was truly special, however, it doesn't seem as though the magic has translated to the new location. The food was not as carefully presented, the flavor was lacking, and the atmosphere was entirely different, feeling more like a cramped quick-eat taqueria with too loud music and confusing lighting than what it had been at the former spot. I know it's hard to make a restaurant work, and I understand the allure of what must have seemed like a much better location, but I'm left longing for what was. I wish them the best of luck!

First and last time here. I so wanted to like it. Everything was too salty and when we told them they replied “That’s how it is”. Well IT is not good. Skip it.

The food was okay but the portions for the price is crazy paid for a quesadilla it was the size of small corn tortillas the steak bowl was good but they put dog bites like if ur a dog paying 15 for a bowl with a 7 bites of a steak and the birra tacos are not good they taste bland and the meat tastes bad
