I was in town for a day and didn’t realize there was a manhattan location but wanted to try them so bad I travelled 40 mins to Brooklyn and it was SO WORTH IT! They even gave me an extra slice 🥹 I did the sweet Thai chili oxtail and the brown stew oxtail pizza and it was so good even the crust was delicious on its own! I see why this place went viral now! I wish we had one in Cleveland but then again maybe not cause I’d gain 40lbs eating this weekly 😍 music was bumping and great selection, the staff was so chill and kind and didn’t make me feel like a tourist 🤣 loved the vibes here. Highly recommend if you’re in the nyc area to try this at least once before you go!
Staff is super nice and the fried salmon truffle pizza is amazing!! Plenty of seating so many variety of pizzas I tried the oxtail too

Worse pizza for $59 dollars order a whole jerk chicken pie, was disgusting and it had hair in it. Don’t waste your money…

I know i waited until the hype died down but, that hype was granted. Greeted soon as we entered the establishments interactive with customer and playing music that 👌 was great for the ambience. Endless topping and flavors of pizza but the award goes to the Oxtail slice with special me to the sweet chili chicken. Definitely will come again

Yo I'm very much so a classic Brooklyn pizza lover and I believe it if it ain't broke don't fix it.. but I'm not going to lie the oxtail Pizza is delicious. It's such an unusual yet perfect pairing. And I really enjoy how to setup is on the inside for like a arcade kind of feel. The chopped cheese pizza is delicious too. Wish it was bigger to dine it but that's what makes this place unique.

Unique flavors, and pretty good (above average), but still overpriced for what it is.

We got there before the crowd came. My girls and I each got 2 slices of various pizzas and we must admit that our all time favorite is the Sweet Chili Oxtail.
Hubby and I are headed back this weekend and that’s my 2nd stop once we land!

Had this spot recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint! The oxtail slices were absolutely delicious, everything I had hoped for. Especially the teriyaki oxtail slice, that was my favorite.
The vibe was very cool. Loved the skate decks on the wall and the old school memorabilia all over.
Definitely going back!

During a visit to NY, I took my daughters here and it was a pretty long line. By the time we were up and ordered, I knew we were in for a treat. The oxtail pizza was so good. I need to go back ASAP!

Bowling alley quality of pizza that lives off the hype and novelty of its toppings. First off good pizza should be good plain. Their crust is terrible. Oxtail topping tastes great but who cares when its $12 for one slice. Its absurd. The ambiance in the restaurant feels like a smoke shop or a teenagers bedroom. Way too much tacky supreme merch. If flight club is an aspirational aesthetic i guess you would be impressed. No clue what that has to do w making good pizza though. If it wasn’t for tourists theres simply no way this place would survive off the quality of its product. Also be prepared to wait. And theres nowhere to actually eat the food unless you go next door to the park but thats a nitpick. I wanted to like it but it feels like pizza for non pizza people. More for yall tho im good on it. Ive seen the business owner reply and say essentially that its a “different type” of pizza in response to criticisms about the crust, using the wrong type of flour, etc. making a technically substandard pizza and calling it “different” feels like a lazy shield to valid criticism and not wanting to improve. Detroit makes different pizza, chicago makes different pizza, hell even look at what they do in brazil. Theres really no reason you should be able to get away with wet soggy over-proofed overly thick crust in brooklyn. Where are the standards. This is the heart of pizzaland USA.

I finally got to try the much-talked-about Cuts & Slices in Brooklyn — this spot has been at the top of my must-try list for a while, and it did not disappoint.
I started with the brown stew oxtail slice, and wow…it was incredible. The flavor was rich, tender, and honestly lived up to the hype. The only downside was the price — $12.50 per slice — but considering how expensive oxtail is, I get it.
I couldn’t stop there and decided to try one of their white/alfredo options: the fried salmon slice. It was good, but not quite on the same level as the oxtail. It was also a bit oilier than expected.
Overall, I’d rate the oxtail slice 4.5/5 and the salmon slice 3/5.
The customer service was great — friendly and efficient — and I’d definitely come back to try more, especially their sweet chili or curry oxtail slices or maybe even a shrimp or lobster slice next time.

I've been to Cuts and Slices on a couple occasions now. I would recommend a couple of their slices as a 'try once, maybe twice, but never again' sorta deal, but I can't see myself having this pizza more than a small handful of times a year.
Much like the very popular chain, Artichoke Basille's Pizza, Cuts and Slices is expensive and rich to the point of near-nausea. While the idea of a teriyaki salmon slice or oxtail pizza might sound appealing, it is only a novelty for the first few bites and a chore to finish the rest.

Overpriced pizza.
Uber Eats had a promo where I could buy four slices for $45 and I’d receive a $15 discount.
I did that for pickup. Overall, service was good and they were nice. Some slices had to be substituted but upon arrival to the shop, I was able to get what I originally paid for.
Curry chicken slice 3.5/5. The better of the flavors I had. This was pretty good but nothing I’d get again.
French toast and chicken slice 1.5/5. It was nasty. This was not French toast and the chicken…was not fried. I did not like the taste of this. I initially wanted chicken and waffles, it was not available.
Oxtail slice 2/5. This was terrible. Hard “shredded oxtail” pieces, barely any flavor. The dough was tough. I would never recommend this.
Jerk shrimp slice 3/5. It was just okay. Nothing to be crazy over. Jerk flavor was barely noticeable and again, tough dough.
The slices are also very small. The dough is not good. It was not an enjoyable experience at this small shop. I am utterly disappointed at what they offer here. I came here on Saturday, 9/20/25.
Can sodas are $1.50 and they do offer some sort of alcoholic mimosa-like drink. Inquire about the prices if you decide to stop by.
Overall, 2/5 rating. I do not believe I would ever come back here. Mediocre pizza!
