I have been buying food here for a while but after dining in and receiving hard rice and getting attitude to simply replace the plate? I won’t be coming here anymore. I kindly asked and showed the lady if I can get the plate remade because there was chunks of white rice that were hard, she stated “ the rest of the rice isn’t like that”…. this is extremely unprofessional and it seems they just let anyone serve food however they want because I know no one should serve food they wouldn’t eat. I told her food shouldn’t be served like that and she left. Eventually the cashier lady came and solved my issue quick with no problems or attitude.
Edit: with given answer trust me I don’t need your charity of “ free food”. You also pay for good quality of food given.I also manage a restaurant and would never let my employees serve rice like this.EVER. Also, the plate wasn’t empty it was full of food still and you should have better people who know how to handle food work there. Not locals.

This restaurant you got 2 double check your order do your own math because sometimes they charge you more. I asked to speak with the owner and the lady says she was the owner‘s wife. There’s a person that always double charges you that answers the phone so you always gotta do your own calculation! And then you tried to correct them and they very rude about it They talk over you So if you go to eat here or if you order over the phone, do your own calculation.

DO NOT come to this place.. the service is disgraceful.. they have disgusting customer service and a very horrible attitude. Not only that they love to steal from clients like myself because they have a preference of South Americans only.. THEY DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE.. They will triple charge you and skimp you on the food and when you see the South Americans eating their plates are full meanwhile yours is counted and very skimpy and they want to over charge you. Not only that theirs location is super dirty and many other people have gotten sick eating in this place. Please save yourself. Read all the other comments. These people have a preference towards only South Americans they love robbing the rest.. they will always double charge and count how much they give to you as you order.. but when a South American comes to order they will fill their plates up.. they never have steady prices they are always switching their prices towards how you look. Don’t waste your time in this place. They customer service is horrible. Nasty energy and disgusting people not included how dirty the place is as well. My 3rd time coming here and is always the same energy

Woah regular Fish was crazy salty. messed up to serve someone that. Trying to recall what have done to chef that he's trying to kill me. And like that cheap iodized stuff that contains chemical agents.
And this is from someone who regularly enjoys salted beef and salted fish on menus.
I would be scared to order here again.

The experience at the D' Montazo restaurant was disappointing in several aspects. Firstly, the service left a lot to be desired as they forgot our orders and we had to remind them several times. Also, at the end, when the bill had already been paid by another person in our group, when requesting the bill, they tried to sneak additional charges on us. This attitude was totally dishonest and disappointing. I hope the restaurant corrects these deceptive practices in the future.

The food was okay, this restaurant has a B rating, and they put it in the corner where you can see it as you are LEAVING the restaurant. But if you are coming in the restaurant, its hard to notice the rating sheet. Seems very deceptive to me.
The food is Great . Service is Ok . But the food is delicious and affordable. Great combo prices for family .
