every time when I place an order they always forget to forget to give the driver my drinks it happened eight times now, the one by Gateway Mall in Brooklyn I went inside there twice and told them they need to stop doing what they doing and change it, put the receipt together they separate the receipts and just give the people the food and not the drinks this is out of control SMFH..
I ordered on September 16,2022 from Nostrand Ave location and the Rib Dinner wasn’t Cooked at all, in order to eat it I had to Recook it. My order number was 650C0 . And I’ve written three different types and No One ever responded to any of my emails. I think will be my Last that I order from BBQ’s again. This is the Worst service that I’ve ever received from any company I’ve dealt with. My spent $54.00. I expect some kind of help and a Refund for my Rib meal. Everything...read full review
