The food at this store is good, but the service is extremely slow. The employee responsible for preparing pickup and delivery orders takes way too long. There were many people waiting for their deliveries, while the orders were already ready or could have been prepared much faster.
Instead of working on the orders, the employee was sitting/standing around watching movies or TV shows on his phone. This caused a large crowd of delivery drivers and customers to wait unnecessarily.

I went in and ordered waited 20 min no food. The kiosk didn't register my order and the guy handing out the orders was a real dick about it.
