I ordered the spinach and cheese pizza with the cauliflower crust. I didn’t expect much as I’ve had cauliflower crust before, but it was INSANELY delicious. Aniello made the crust from scratch and informed me that the spinach is also homemade. You couldn’t tell it was gluten free, it was pliable and packed with flavour. If the NY style slice and the Napolitano pie had a baby this would be it. Delicious and actually filling pizza. Toppings are fresh. The cheese and dough are fantastic. Highly recommend. I do want to specify this is not your paper thin slice. This is a real slice of pizza that actually makes you feel like you ate something. The vegetable slice is done perfectly. As a Napalitano American and pizza snob, I highly recommend this pizzarea.
