We finally got to try this place in Florence Kentucky. We've tried a couple of times before, but it was too crowded and the line was too long. My husband and I each ordered the two piece tender basket with fries and we shared a side of mac and cheese. The restaurant was clean and during our visit, I noticed employees coming out to wipe tables, sweep the floor and tidy the place up, which means something to me. I also noticed employees with hair nets and gloves. Another plus. Our food was hot and delicious. My husband got medium spice on his chicken and I got light spice. Both of us thought it was very good. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic place. It's a bit expensive but you get a ton of food. Top-notch chicken and plenty of extras. Come hungry!

Half the time I order pick up, the food takes twice as long to prepare, so I end up waiting 20 minutes at their location. Last time I had to wait 45 minutes on top of the 10-20 minutes pickup time, and later me and my friends felt bad after eating. Not worth it with all the better options around.
