quaint little coffee shop that sold both loose coffee beans and loose tea. I got the spice chai which was deep and creamy and sweet and highly recommended. it definitely has its own personality. such a tiny shop but feels like a real authentic nook in our neighborhood.
I must have had the surly barista/sales person that other reviewers mentioned. A very unpleasant young man. After reading so many of the positive reviews I wanted to try out this place and get some of the Irish chocolate/candy they carry. (Take an emotional trip by home.) I was excited and took several trains from Harlem to get there -- it was a bit of a journey with track issues and changes. I had to take three trains and then even switch twice due to issues. There are so many options for tea and coffee. It smells absolutely delightful inside. The person working the day I went wasn't very helpful and was on their phone the majority of the time, so I had to guide myself around the shop. Nevertheless, I found what I wanted and was very happy with my purchases.
