Yesterday on Oct 19, 2025 at 20:58. I grabbed my dinner at Deux Chats, ordering oysters: Beau Soleil (New Brunswick, Can) Island Greek (Duxbury, Ma), and Kumamoto (Oakland Bay, Wa). Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Trout Salad, I completed the dishes mentioned above in the restaurant and tasted a little bite then takeout the rest of dishes: Acorn Squash Salad, Loster Roll, and Beef Tartare.
Alejandro C and attendances assisted me during the meal. I also shared a prior experience and he confirmed with the owner that my billing would be handled appropriately this time. I promised him I’ll return back.
I and Alejandro both kept my recipe records, credit card (with my name), and the email.

I visited this bar about a month ago, and overall the experience was good. The martini cocktails were well-made, and the food was enjoyable. The atmosphere itself is pleasant and definitely makes for a nice evening out.
That being said, the biggest disappointment was the state of the restroom. There’s one unspoken rule — if you want to know how much a place respects its customers, just check the restroom. Unfortunately, it was terrible: the smell, the dirty sinks… it completely took away from the otherwise good impression. I understand that perhaps you were aiming to create a French-inspired atmosphere, but cleanliness is non-negotiable.

Cleanest martini I’ve had in a while. It’s not on the menu but until 6pm the deux chats martini is $13. Great balance of gin and brine, such that people who aren’t gin fans would still enjoy this. I’ll be back to try the other martinis.

The servers and bartenders were great. Nice drink menu as well. The shrimp cocktail I ordered had just 4 pieces of shrimp for an outrageous price. Almost all the food here was priced too high, french fries were $11. Probably won't come back for that reason alone.

A very cute seafood and martini spot. The staff are excellent and I have never had a bad oyster despite the 200+ I've eaten here.
Everything was great — the cocktails were really delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant! the only thing we noticed was that the waitress seemed a bit less engaged in her service & she spoke very quietly and didn’t seem very interested in giving recommendations or making an effort to connect with us. sometimes it feels a bit disappointing to leave a tip when the service doesn’t reflect the overall quality of the place especially since the staff are the face of the establishment just sharing this as kind feedback — we truly enjoyed our time overall and wish you continued success!

First time here on a Sunday afternoon had great happy hour specials one dollar oysters, which was awesome and really beautiful ambience. Sierra was our server. She was very welcoming from the moment we walked in and later got extremely busy as she was the only person on staff serving a full house with one bartender Who is also wonderful, but I didn’t catch his name. Wanted to shout her out because of Her professionalism kindness and positive attitude. Will definitely be back again!
