The owner of this business is an absolute gem. He has a location in Brooklyn as well. My friends son was murdered on that street before dinosaur barbecue was there and he let them leave up the memorial painting on the side wall, which he didn’t have to do at all.

We had an awful experience at this Dino BBQ location and would not recommend it to anyone. We arrived just 10 minutes late for our reservation, and instead of showing any understanding, the staff was completely inflexible — then made us wait another 45 minutes outside in the cold before seating us.
When we were finally seated, the food was shockingly bad. The food was all cold when it arrived to our table... I brought my visiting cousins from Korea here hoping to showcase good American BBQ, and instead I was embarrassed by how terrible everything was.
This location clearly suffers from serious quality and management issues. I’ve been to other Dinosaur BBQ restaurants that were excellent, but this one is absolutely not worth your time or money. Save yourself the disappointment — go elsewhere.

This place has dropped off so hard. This used to be a neighborhood staple; a good place to have a fun and pretty decent bbq meal. Not sure what happened but the food now is bland and cold, really truly mediocre and for the cost, it simply isn't worth it. I hope whoever is making decisions here reads this and gets it back to the decent quality it was at before.

Me and my family loving going to Dinosaur bbq for so many reasons. The food is amazing (brisket and Mac and cheese is my go to), the service is fantastic (quick and friendly - shoutout to Meghan for being an attentive and awesome manager!), the portions and prices are great too. We’ve been coming here regularly for months now and the food and service never disappoints!!

I ordered rack of ribs on uber eats with a side of bbq sauce and Mac with simmered greens. Delicious and it was a lot of food. I reheated it in my Dutch oven with a little bone broth and it was tender and full of flavor. Next time I want to try brisket and their whipped sweet potato.
we got the fried green tomatoes, fries and the 3 meat combo with 2 sides: mac and cheese and bbq beans. they drenched all the meat in sauce. why is my brisket drenched in sauce? sauce is meant to be on the side. the pork belly was crisped to an inedible point and burnt black, and that was also drenched in salty sauce which made it impossible to eat. not sure if that’s standard or if they were trying to hide the burnt meat. the chicken wasn’t barbecue chicken, it was just rotisserie chicken covered in barbecue sauce. it was dry and overcooked. the fries were soggy. some too salty, some with no salt at all. the mac and cheese was extremely bland and had no seasoning. the bbq beans weren’t bbq beans and had a really strong celery flavor. everything was either oversalted or not salted at all. the one redeeming thing was the fried green tomatoes, which were actually really good. the cornbread was dry and had a weird texture. even the sauces were bad. wasted $60 on this takeout order.

I’ve been coming here for atleast 15 years since I was a kid with my parents. It’s my favorite go to place whenever I need a good comfort meal that I know will hit everytime. I literally bring all my friends here for a calm dinner out or even a little date night lol. The staff is always nice and the food always is good. The chopped salad with the tres niños is my go to ! Makesure to try the cornbread and the sweet tea too! :)

The lady front of house was excellent, obviously used to handling a waiting list, we had a drink at the bar and she came and got us when a table was ready. I sat down while by husband paid the bar tab, our server queried why I was sat and where the drinks came from. He then made us feel rushed to order and eat up. The meat is excellent, so well cooked and delicious. I didnt like the coleslaw as it was really vinegary.
