They make the syrups in-house and the lattes are great.. I got tired of the same Monin & torani syrups from other spots.
Lovely seating outside, drip was good.
This was nice little cozy Cafe to study, do work, take a little quiet break from everything. I just ordered drip coffee, it was amazing! I also had a peanut butter cookie, with my coffee (also good with the coffee). Only gave 4 stars for the food, because I only got a cookie.
