Dirty Precious is hands down one of the best bars in Gowanus! It's in an old loft space - industrial-chic vibe, super spacious, complete with a back room you can rent at no cost for events. The cocktails are delicious, inventive & reasonably priced (if you can believe it!) Delicious food as well - love the toasties and mac and cheese! Overall great spot for a date, hanging with friends, or an event. Katpai, the owner, is a also a beloved staple of the community, is hilarious, welcoming and has a heart of gold!!

Atmosphere is lovely but the bartenders were rude and purposely ignore you. I had to get other patrons to eventually order my drink for me after being brushed off by two different bartenders. So bizarre.

The bar is a wonderful event space. So cute and airy. There is a private space in the back and there is a lot of room in the front, so everyone was comfortable.
Katipai and the team were flexible and easy to work with. They helped us plan a fun event for our guests. The small bites were delicious and our guests enjoyed the drinks and ambiance.

Friends and I, however, have had repeated issues with the bartender double charging us, and making the wrong drink and then telling us that we ordered incorrectly (twice I was given wine instead of my cocktail) and trying to charge us for the incorrect order. The "toasties" are welcome and, though small, more or less reasonably priced.
