PLEASE do NOT patronize this place! I attempted twice. They won't bring the food to your door, and send mean and threatening texts/calls if you can't meet them outside. Instead actually delivering the food they take it back to the store. They're mean, unprofessional, unethical and untrustworthy

I decided to do carry out since it was only a couple of train stops away. Went inside and before I left with my order, they forgot to give me one of my items till I had to remind them. Then when I get home, they messed up my whole pizza. I ordered a Memphis BBQ Chicken pizza with Pepperoni. They only added Pepperoni… nothing else… no chicken, no onions… nothing… never again!!!!!

Seeing that the manager or employees at this location does not value their job or customers I am writing a formally complain about the extremely poor service I have repeatedly experienced at this Domino’s location, 146 Smith st Brooklyn, NY 11201. Over the years, this store has consistently provided unprofessional, rude, and unreliable service. On today’s date in particular, my order was never delivered. The driver never arrived, never called my number, and ultimately canceled my order without notifying me. Please be advised on the appoint shoes they delivered my food. I only found out when I called the store almost two hours later. When I spoke to staff, they responded with an unprofessional attitude instead of assisting me. This is not an isolated incident. For years, this location has demonstrated the same pattern: rude interactions with customers, failure to deliver food as advertised, and refusal to bring orders directly to the door despite Domino’s marketing this as a key part of its service. Each time I have called with questions, I have been met with unnecessary hostility and dismissive responses.
I order delivery for convenience and reliability, but this location has failed to uphold even the most basic standards of customer service. Domino’s advertises pride in delivering to the door, yet this store refuses to do so and treats customers disrespectfully.
I respectfully request that corporate review this location’s practices and address the ongoing issues. Customers should not be treated rudely or left without their orders after waiting hours.

I don’t usually write any reviews, but this was the worst experience ever. I do not recommend anyone to order anything from the Smith Street location. I ordered for delivery, paid for the order and delivery. My order was not delivered. Driver refused to deliver my order to my apartment, as it was indicated in the delivery instructions. Driver did not provide a legitimate reason for delivering the order. Why take an order, charge it and refuse to deliver? Contacted the store and with the manager FYI…the store manager and driver are both irresponsible.

I ordered a pizza and it arrived messed up and damaged. I called, and they told me they would send me another identical pizza; but it never arrived. The people serving don't speak English, they don't understand what you say. Very bad service, very bad delivery. Don't order anything from this place.

I had the best experience here the other day from a nice fellow wearing a hat with a bunch of The Dominos pins on it, im sorry I didn't grab your name but I live just a few blocks away from here and have always shied from this location because I typically had a rough experience here. But the other day they showed a true top tier level of customer service and it made me feel like I was supporting a mom and pop pizza shop. it was a rough week and a rainy day and you turned it all around! thank you!
Living in New York theres a lot of pizza but sometimes you just want that good Big Box pizza (no pun intended).
