this place is not organize at all, place an order for delivery while I was at work for my kids, my partner couldn’t leave the babies alone in the apartment to go recieve the food, I ask nicely the driver to go inside building so my partner could go paid and grab the food he said he didn’t want to do that, that he was going to wait in the car, call again and ask him again to just go inside the building but said No. call store today to complain about their drivers and they put a strange noice so they didn’t hear what I was saying and in the middle of the conversation they hang up. The customer is always right, I work in a place where I see clients all day and I never treat someone the way they did there today. Last time I’m ordering dominos.

We ordered from this location as per usual. The delivery driver did not give the food to the right person and when we called to request either it be remade or refunded to our account the person on the phone simply argued and hung up on us. I called back and let him know that simply hanging up is not going to shut me up. After he argued with me for even longer he finally accepted that maybe the delivery driver did indeed make an honest mistake and offered to remake and redeliver the food. While I am happy that we were able to get the food remade and delivered, I, as a manager in food service, cannot understand the mentality of hanging up on someone with a legitimate complaint.

If I could give this store negative I would. I don't ever write reviews but this store is the worst the delivery driver rang the bell to enter the building but never came up to deliver the food. Call the store the guy on the phone says they guy called me but my call log has no calls from them and he's gonna tell me the driver isn't allowed to come up and now I have to wait 25 mins for them to cancel the order. Unprofessional and trash service there's a reason the store as under 3 rating.
The pizza is always fresh and delicious. Service is pretty quick. The driver never seems to get out of the car and actually deliver to the door. EVER.
