I used the app to order food for pick up. It told me my pizza was ready ?. I arrived and they said oh 5 minutes (OK np) 25 minutes pass and I'm still waiting. Then I reminded them I'm waiting. Then the guy picked up a box that was sitting there since I've got there and gave it to me. I was so livid. I had to to walk a away because I'm like I'm using that location anymore. I'd rather drive a mile further if I have to.

The pizza quality is what you'd expect to get from Dominos and I do appreciate that they're on the more affordable side. But the service is atrocious. No one is at the front to take your order. And even if you order carryout online, you'll still be waiting because no one is at the front. Minutes can go by and no one will come to assist you. And the kitchen is small, so they all see you. But if you get upset, then you're the one with an attitude. It's just very unprofessional.

This place is disgusting. They have POOR customer service and they clearly need a retrain on how to COOK. How can you look at this and sell this to a customer? I don’t know who hired the delivery people at this location but all they do is beg for tips from kids. Imagine my teenage son and his friends always ordering from this location and the delivery guys are trying to argue with kids for tips. I have to constantly go out to collect the food that way they don’t argue or harass the boys, Then they have the nerve to take almost 2 hours to bring the food from 5 blocks. Thank god I have cameras and will be able to report this. If it was for me I would never order from this location but it’s because of my location they always send them from here.
