Flavorful delicate flavors. The fried chicken is to die for. The rice alone is delicious and well seasoned. Food is plentiful and healthy. The carrot juice is a must try, sweet to taste but rich and tasty. I will be back! Staff is friendly and smiley, happy to serve their wonderful food.
Very quaint establishment, no much seating. Food that makes you keep eating. No breaks, only to sip ya drink. Pink lemonade. Had the Oxtail rice and peas and cabbage. I'd eat here

My sister told me about a restaurant she drove from Queens to visit, and we decided to go there for a meal. I ordered a large serving of gungo peas soup, along with oxtail and stew peas – some of my favorites! The two ladies who served us were very friendly and hospitable. The food was delightful, although I thought the rice and peas could have had a bit more coconut flavor. Overall, it was delicious and tasted just like home. Very satisfying experience!
