Don Neo Fusion 丼 is a neighborhood gem with friendly and helpful staff. Their takeout options include high-quality, delicious bowls. The restaurant also offers appetizers such as popcorn karage, handrolls, and mini bowls, which are perfect for sharing. This cute little nook is a MUST TRY! Their menu is a bit overwhelming at first but not once you figure out good matches. They tried a bit of everything to share; the thick men udon noodle soup with charsu, 2 pieces of unagi giant nigiri, & some of everything sashimi. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh! The decor and ambiance of the establishment was inviting and playful with the cool posters on the walls. Also, felt very spacious. One of the tastiest dons ever eaten! Lovely soft egg over beef and sweet onion perfectly prepared—wow! The onion was flavorful and still had tooth. The beef lightly marinated was tender and addictive after the first bite. The miso soup is way beyond the norm, with carefully prepared and slivered silken tofu, and fragrant miso. They give it their highest recommendation! The food portion is just nice, they got the Don buri set for $30 and they’re all so good. They love the variety that comes with it, it’s also so aesthetic. They have also opened a pet-friendly patio to dine in.
