I was first surprised at how oily the cuisine was, but the fat brought so much flavor with it. I went back twice in one week. One of my fav Japanese places. I DID NOT EAT THE SUSHI FYI. Even though I'm Japanese I don't like sushi. (May family as well)Kid-friendliness: The two times I dined I was next to or two seats away from a child and parent.
The lunch menu is great with a variety of plates. The dining room is quiet and nice but the staff want you stay outside when you are waiting for your friend and want you to leave very fast so not really client oriented.
