Literally spent my whole break(30 min) waiting for 2 tacos and a tostada. I wouldn't recommend this place for a quick bite they take forever, the cashier was really nice but the reality is they el molino is on the next corner and that is actually homemade heirloom corn fresh tortillas and also the max I have waited there is 10 min.

Pro tip: Get all the soft serve twists!! Literally every single flavor is a must try. Couldn’t pick a favorite and the best part about it… I didn’t need to limit myself to just one. How often can you get horchata, mango, pistachio, raspberry, vanilla, and chocolate in one soft serve cup? Dreamery BK lives up to its name. It is a dreamy spot in Brooklyn with cute knick knacks and people all around.

Went to this place and it was incredibly dirty and unhygienic. Not only that, the customer service was terrible. I said hello and was not acknowledged. Then when I tried to order, the girl at the counter went out of her way to help a man who entered after me, even though I was clearly ready to order. Will not ever be coming back and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place

The service here was absolutely horrible. I went in with a friend and said hello, but the two staff members did not acknowledged us. But then proceeded to acknowledge the white patron who entered after us. They should not have bigots working in such a diverse neighborhood. Never coming back !

I love the concept of this place but the INGREDIENTS ARE CRAZY. The second ingredient is palm oil, it also has kernel oil, canola oil, maltodextrin, high fructose corn syrup. This is unnecessary cheap ingredients. It is out of integrity to put these cheap poisonous ingredients in ice cream and charge the prices they do. Coconut sugar, coconut oil, olive oil are healthier ingredients that better support your community.

I avoided it because it’s vegan, but eventually tried it and can confirm it is good. I enjoyed it even as a non-vegan. Good flavors. Tipping for self-serve is a bit egregious tho. But I suppose that’s up to you.
Honestly, the best thing I can say about this ice cream is that it is cold. These days we’ve got places like Van Leeuwen, so it’s not enough for ice cream to just be vegan anymore, it should really also taste good. By the way, this is not the fault of the people working here, but it is kind of funny that a self-service place still asks for a 20% tip when you pay.
