Excellent bakery that will be missed. The lattes and the cakes were top notch.
One of the best bakeries in the Slope.
This place is fantastic, and really stands out from anything remotely close in the area. Everything is delicious, and the breakfast here is perfection - especially those hash browns!!!
Boston cream here is bad. The frosting is gooey and the doughnut is grease-on-your-fingers greasy.
I ordered a plain vanilla cake for my husband's birthday during the pandemic. They were excellent with communication, well-priced and the cake was delicious. Please support this local business, they are doing a great job!
Our daughter, a nurse on a COVID-19 unit in Manhattan, had to cancel her carefully planned May 2 wedding. To cheer her on that date, I ordered a small wedding cake to be delivered to her and her fiance'. It was an amazing creation, complete with a sugar hibiscus flower. (the wedding had a tropical theme). Not only was it a work of art, they could not stop talking about how incredibly delicious it was. Needless to say, I am ordering another cake for her birthday. Thanks so much Du Jour Bakery!
I really appreciate the effort of saying they would make a cake for me in a day but I am VERY disappointed. On the outside the cake had beautiful decorations but once it was cut I instantly was very dissatisfied. The cake was not only super dry but crumbled up as soon as you cut it. I am very upset that I paid $60 for this cake for my grandmother’s birthday to have a dark burnt looking cake that taste worse than store bought cakes. I really wish there was a way to get my money back.... so don’t waste yours go somewhere else !
if I could give this bakery 0 starts I would. service is beyond terrible. and bakers are rude.
Nice little neighborhood gem. Poached eggs were perfectly cooked which to me, is everything.
The specialty cake they made for my daughter’s first birthday was absolutely beautiful, delicious, and exactly what I wanted. Price was reasonable. Will definitely use them for cakes in the future. We also stopped by the bakery and tried their pie and cupcakes which were great. The place is cute and cozy!

Cozy bakery/cafe with ridiculously good gluten free brownies (not pictured cuz I ate it!)
Some of the best croissants in the neighborhood! Try the cinnamon bun. And they make awesome personalized cakes.
This is my favorite under the radar brunch spot. People think of it more for the baked goods but it’s good for eggs, too! And yes, the birthday cakes are awesome.
Incredible roll and iced coffee, make my day!
So my confetti cake with strawberry preserves and blue icing tasted great. My red velvet cupcakes were delicious. But I did not get the inscription I requested. Junior did not clearly communicate certain things when I purchased my cake several days in advance. I had a 6mths bday for my son.
