Our daughter, a nurse on a COVID-19 unit in Manhattan, had to cancel her carefully planned May 2 wedding. To cheer her on that date, I ordered a small wedding cake to be delivered to her and her fiance'. It was an amazing creation, complete with a sugar hibiscus flower. (the wedding had a tropical theme). Not only was it a work of art, they could not stop talking about how incredibly delicious it was. Needless to say, I am ordering another cake for her birthday.
