They start closing at 6 pm, went multiple times at 6:05 and they said they cannot make lattes. That is takes 40 minutes to clean. We all know that isn’t true and they are just lazy workers. I even went one time at 6:20 and they locked the doors. What’s that all about?

It’s convenient to have a Dunkin’ Donuts where I am, but the quality at this specific location is just not good. I either get iced coffee or a refresher which is fairly simple I’d say and every time I order it’s either:1) they do not have the inventory to make the drink2) the consistency of the drink is never the same. It’s always different (good or bad)Therefore I stopped coming here. I just thought to myself that it’s just these few times that are bad but it’s been every time and I pretty much gave up.
