I ordered online at this place around 4pm. Went up to get the donuts I ordered and worker said they didn’t have the specific donuts I ordered. I asked if I could have a refund and the guy said no. Stuck with donuts I didn’t order or want but had to take them. Bad customer service and stingy.

This place never has hot lattes or any espresso drinks available with no signs and they’re super slow and inattentive. You either wait for them to serve 5 people to tell you or stand by the register in an empty DD for a few minutes just for them to say they don’t have any and this is the only location I’ve ever experienced this. It’s 90% of the time too mid day and early afternoon

I ordered an iced coffee via mobile but forgot to add milk, so when I picked up I asked to put some milk, but the staffs there was very rude and disrespectful. They only added a little bit and refused to add a bit more milk even I requested, I couldn’t get why they are being that cheap, and had poker face to their customers! Unbelievable! If they don’t like to work there, pls just quit and stopped destroying the business (since I saw similar comments from other reviewers here)!

I ordered two ice medium Carmel cappuccino with an espresso shot on both, the drinks weren’t even filled up with coffee, it was half foam and half coffee. What is this? I payed 6 dollars for a half cup of coffee? This isn’t the way how you serve the costumer…? I never experienced it in a different Dunkin location… fix it up! And do better!!!

This is a great coffee shop located in an Asian community where you can get a bit of culture and great coffee. I went here just to get botteled water and the man at the counter was super friendly.

The location is clean but the food and coffee taste awful. I've tried it three times now and I'm done giving it chances. Also, the staff aren't rude, but they seem annoyed to be filling your order. Next time, I'll pass this location and keep it moving to the next Dunkin for coffee and snack.
