This place never has hot lattes or any espresso drinks available with no signs and they’re super slow and inattentive. You either wait for them to serve 5 people to tell you or stand by the register in an empty DD for a few minutes just for them to say they don’t have any and this is the only location I’ve ever experienced this. It’s 90% of the time too mid day and early afternoon
I ordered an iced coffee via mobile but forgot to add milk, so when I picked up I asked to put some milk, but the staffs there was very rude and disrespectful. They only added a little bit and refused to add a bit more milk even I requested, I couldn’t get why they are being that cheap, and had poker face to their customers! Unbelievable! If they don’t like to work there, pls just quit and stopped destroying the business (since I saw similar comments from other reviewers here)!

I ordered online at this place around 4pm. Went up to get the donuts I ordered and worker said they didn’t have the specific donuts I ordered. I asked if I could have a refund and the guy said no. Stuck with donuts I didn’t order or want but had to take them. Bad customer service and stingy.
