I just ordered coffee, and the girl gave me protein milk. Why would I drink milk at Dunkin'!!!! She charged me $17 and didn't even stir it! At this location, you have to repeat what you want many times and see the order before they even start making it. Can't understand the order!!!
Very busy but still good service
The girl wearing the black hijab has a very rude attitude every time I visit. She never smiles, always seems annoyed, and makes customers feel like they’re bothering her. I understand everyone has bad days, but this has happened multiple times. If you choose to work in customer service, treating customers with basic respect and kindness is part of the job. I hope management addresses this because it really affects the experience.
