They never have donuts available, which is ridiculous considering it’s literally in their name “Dunkin DONUTS.” This location is always sloppy, poorly managed, and clearly doesn’t care about customers. Total disappointment every time.

This place is absolutely disgusting don’t eat or drink here you will get sick. Flys, roaches , mold, equipment hasn’t been cleaned in months. Workers don’t wear gloves. While I waiting 20 minutes for my online order a roach fell off the ceiling into the sink where the employees wash their hands. I hope the health department closes this place. Filthy!!!!

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to!! Visited July 6th around 6am Only 1 worker and every piece of equipment looked like it was never cleaned in years. While I waited 20 minutes for my online order I was greeted by 20 flies and water bugs falling off the ceiling while a homeless man was sitting on the counter spitting in the garbage can yelling at people. A second worker came in and looked disgusted to even be there. The guy handling the food had no gloves on. The coffee had no taste and barely any ice and the bagel tasted burnt and stale . I hope the health department closes this place .

No seats for dine in, no decaf coffee at 10 am, the bagel I received was small and had very little bacon from the snackin bacon. The service was nice and kind but they were on the slower side.

Big space but no seating because racist practices lend itself to denying black people the right to sit or use a bathroom, even in a big dunkin donut with space for it and a bunch of chair level tables. The service is very slow, even thought there are a lot of employees. I also asked for tap water for my son after buying a bunch of donuts, and they said they don't offer tap water, not even to toddlers. This place needs to shutdown asap.
Had a bad experience with this location that could've been better handled. This location is open 24 hours but does not have any food items or other beverages besides cofee or tea after 12am midnight. That's not the only problem...but it still allows you to order on Uber Eats as if they have all the items. I felt so bad for the delievery person to travel in the cold to the Dunkin to cancel the order. Dunkin should be able to cancel the Uber Eats order or contact the customer IMMEDIATELY after the order is placed..not after a delivery person spends their time to travel there to pickup. Poor communication and I hope this location improves their customer service 👎

The employees here will outright ignore you. 25 minutes for me to receive a mobile order for a regular iced coffee, while I see the older woman on the phone here constantly. Worst costumer service, rude employees without a concept of time.
